Backhaus v Ag Processing Inc. a Cooperative, et al.

If you purchased a soybean nutrient known as BTN+ between November 30, 2005 and December 31, 2006 from an AGP member cooperative, you could get a payment from a Class Action Settlement.
 

The District Courth for the Northern District of Iowa has given final approval of this class action Settlement. You are entitled to benefits under this Settlement if you purchased BTN+ directly or indirectly from an AGP member cooperative between November 30, 2005 and December 31, 2006.

 
Excluded from the Class are the Defendants, their subsidiary entities and each of their officers, directors and employees and anyone who is or has been employed by Defendants or their subsidiary entities since January 1, 2005.
